When we receive the ticket, we will contact you in the next 24 hours to arrange an installation date and time. It is important to note whether you have a 32bit system or a 64bit system.
You need to have TeamViewer and Skype, Zoom or Teams to be able to do the installation and to explain how the whole process works so as to set up Backup depending on how it suits you, we will also provide you with a manual so you can make changes yourself .
Setting up 2Cript Remote automatic Backup takes up to 1 hour, but usually earlier, depending on your system.
